Everything you can be charged, and exactly when you get it back.
The private beta is free. The fees and payouts described on this page apply to paid challenges. ZoneStreak charges no entry fee, holds no money, and issues no payouts during the beta.

Example: 60 participants each pay a $40 entry fee, for a $2,400 prize pool. ZoneStreak keeps 15% ($360). If 42 people finish, each receives $48.57. See the interactive breakdown.
Refund and cancellation policy
When you get your money back
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. To request a refund, email support@zonestreak.com.
- Before the challenge starts
- Withdraw any time before the start date for a full refund, no questions asked. Request it from the challenge screen or by emailing support. We do not take a cancellation fee.
- After the challenge starts
- Entry fees are not refundable once the first week begins, because the prize pool is already committed to the other participants. That commitment is the point.
- If we cancel a challenge
- If a challenge misses its minimum participant count, or we cancel it for any reason, everyone is refunded in full automatically.
- Technical failures on our side
- If a ZoneStreak error loses or miscounts a verified workout and it costs you the challenge, we refund your entry fee. Contact support before the challenge ends.
- How refunds are paid
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. How long your bank takes to post it is up to them.
Eligibility
Who can join
- You must be 18 or older and a resident of the United States.
- You need a compatible wearable: Apple Watch (with Apple Health) or Whoop.
- One account per person. Sharing a wearable or account disqualifies both people and forfeits their entry fees.
- A skill-based fitness contest. Outcomes depend only on participants completing verified workouts. No element of chance is involved.
